Responsibilities:
• Support of desktop, server and network equipments for customers offices, including installations, configurations, deployments and upgrades.
• Liaise with client’s IT support personnel in ensuring successful implementation and maintenance.
• Client focused and able to manage customers expectations.
• Work with the technical manager to continuously look for ways to improve the overall efficiency and capability of IT systems and infrastructure
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and network support
• Experience in LAN, WAN support, Intranet and Internet
• Strong knowledge in Switch, Router and Firewall
